Processing time:

Processing time starts from the date the order is placed. Normally it takes 1 -2 businessdays (Monday - Fri) to process orders. Once processed, we will proceed to shipping. Everyeffort is made to ship your order quickly. The deadline for ordering is 2:00 PM (GMT-08:00)Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles)


Delivery time:

Standard shipping:We usually deliver orders within 5-14 working days. (Monday to Fri)* (inregular season). lf you have not received tracking details within 14 working days, pleasereach out to us via email at service-silkroad@outlook.com so that we can help.


Delivery Costs:

Enjoy free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. This offer applies toall eligible locations within our delivery service areas.


Our carriers

We use FedEx,USP, and DHL for deliveries.


Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number and a link to the courier's website. If you do not receive this email, please feel free to contact our customer service team.


Delivery Failure:

If delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer (such as providing an incorrectshipping address or being unavailable to receive the package), or if the customer declinesto accept the delivery, the package will be returned to the sender (BreezeEase) at thecustomer's expense. This expense includes any shipping costs incurred, which will bededucted from the total order amount to be refunded.


Changing the Shipping Address:

Once your order is in transit, we are unable to change the shipping address. If you need to change the shipping address please contact us at service-silkroad@outlook.com within one day of placing your order.


After receiving your order:

Please carefully inspect the package and its contents upon receipt to ensure they areintact and complete before signing for delivery. lf you discover any damage ordiscrepancies, please refuse delivery of the goods or sign for them as "Damaged," thencontact us immediately.


Order Cancellation:

We regret to hear that you wish to cancel your order! lf your order hasn't shipped yet, we'llprovide you with a full refund upon cancellation.


If your order has already been shipped, you'l need to request a refund once you receivethe order. Please refer to our Return and Refund policy for more information.


Gift Wrapping:

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer gift-wrapping services.


Holidays:

Please note that we do not deliver on Bank Holidays, Your parcel will be delivered on thenext working day.
