Return and Refund policy

If you would like to return an item for a refund, please notify us by service-silkroad@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery. lf you have found a defectiveproduct, please send us a photo of a damaged product. We will then send the courier tocollect the item for you. We bear the total costs of the case. We will send you a new itemat no extra cost and if you no longer need the item, we will refund the full order amount tothe card you used while shopping. lf you have ordered the wrong product and would like toexchange it, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

The product must not be used. As soon as we have received the product, we will refund theorder amount. on the card you used when purchasing.


Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at service-silkroad@outlook.com If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package back. Items returned directly to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.


DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective.damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can assess and resolve the problem. Toreturn your product, you must contact our email.Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach youmay vary.


Exchanges

We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size or defective. If you would like to exchange an item please contact us at service-silkroad@outlook.com


ADDITIONAL COSTS

We do not charge restocking costs for returns.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let youknow that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval orrejection of your refund.


If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.


Refund period:


It takes 5-7 business days for the customer to receive their money back, We will refund themoney to the customer's card after receiving the goods.


Please note that we will refund the money to the customer's card immediately uponreceipt of the goods. Still, their bank typically takes 5 to 7 business days to process therefund and deposit it into the customer's credit card account.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account again. Contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be credited.

Then contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before your refund is credited. If you have followed all of these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us by emailing service-silkroad@outlook.com

Gift Wrapping:

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer gift-wrapping services.


Holidays:

Please note that we do not deliver on Bank Holidays, Your parcel will be delivered on thenext working day.


TaX

BreezeEase does not charge you any additional taxes.


Delivery Time Exceeded:

lf the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we canconduct an investigation.
